A disaster of an app. Inconsistent behaviour with credentials. Inconsistent behaviour with sync and device recognition. Atrocious interface design.

I cannot Sign-in...I receive the message "the email or password is not correct, please try later". However, in the portal, my credentials work fine. I uninstall and re-install the app but the problem continues. I use android v10 on a samsung S9. My rating is ZERO (or minus) for this up but there is no such selection, hence, 1 star.
