🏃 Are you tired of running the same route every day?

ArtRun is a new running app that allows you to create running courses just like drawing on a map, and run exactly as you envision them. We transform the city into a canvas and your run into art.

We have personally developed a navigation app (prototype) that allows you to draw a route on a map in advance and guides you along that path while you run.

🎨 Create a course by placing dots on the map

Tap the points you want on the map one by one, and ArtRun will automatically create a route following actual roads and paths. Draw freely like a picture—hearts, dogs, stars, letters—any shape is possible.

🎙️ Pace-based Real-time Voice Guidance

• Advance warnings 100 meters and 50 meters ahead

• Automatic adjustment of the last guidance distance based on running speed (the faster you run, the earlier the guidance)

• Accurate guidance including road names and crosswalk information

• Automatic notifications when deviating from the route

📊 Compare Green Route vs. Actual Route

After finishing your run, compare the design you drew with the actual route you ran at a glance. An accuracy score is displayed, and a verification photo for sharing on social media is automatically generated.

📍 Background GPS Tracking

GPS recording remains uninterrupted even when the screen is off while your phone is in your pocket or armband. Tracking continues even if you check KakaoTalk or change music during your run.

🧭 Full Route Preview

Before you start, you can check turn-by-turn guidance (straight/left/right), total distance, estimated time, and the number of crosswalks, stairs, and overpasses. Get a clear overview of the course at a glance before you begin.

💾 Save Your Own Course

Name and save the courses you create so you can run them again exactly the same way next time.

🔒 Permission Usage Guide

• Location (Precise Location): Essential for tracking the running route

• Location (Background): To ensure GPS tracking does not stop even when the screen is off

• Media (Photo): Save running verification photos to the gallery

• Notifications: Notifications displaying status during running

Permissions can be changed at any time in your device settings.
