Ivuo is an application in which Advisors, Technicians or Operations personnel fill out a digital Check List, in it they can prioritize a point, mark the progress of a process, include quotes on repairs, capture photos and videos to show the status, generate a report on the activities carried out and share it with the client, through WhatsApp, SMS and email.

Ivuo easily adapts to the processes of the Service Center, allowing each stage to be digitized, through the function of creating lists, processes and activities.

The Customer of the Service Center receives an Interactive Digital Inspection report, in it you will find information about the activities, budgets, images and videos of the status of the item under repair.

In the inspection report that is sent to the client,
