bus times are never accurate, I end up missing the bus most of the time due to the app saying it will arrive 5 minutes later than it does. app constantly crashes and buying tickets off the app never work on the bus because they aren't for the correct area, even though they say they're for that area on the app. just don't bother.

It never loads, doesn't matter if I'm on Wi-Fi or data, it struggles to load anything. It's infuriating when I spend money buying weekly/4 weekly tickets for work, and then either can't get on a bus because it won't load the ticket. Or end up having to pay extra
