I have been trying to speak with a loan officer at the Sallisaw branch. The Armstrong Bank Credit Card office advised me to contact a loan officer at the branch where I opened my account. I need debt counseling and options available to me. However, no one will return my calls to discuss my situation. After two days of being put off by meetings and no return call courtesy call, I am forced to enroll myself in a debt counseling program outside of this bank. The app issue is for a later review...
