ARP Human Resources

This mobile application has been developed internally for our company to support and streamline Human Resources processes by providing a centralized and digital employee experience. The application aims to improve internal communication, increase operational efficiency, and reduce manual workflows for both employees and HR departments.

The Meal List module allows employees to view daily and weekly meal menus directly from their mobile devices. This feature ensures timely access to up-to-date information and eliminates the need for separate announcements or printed materials.

Through the Vehicle Documents section, employees can securely access documents related to company-assigned vehicles, such as registration, insurance, and inspection records. This enables employees to quickly retrieve accurate and current vehicle information whenever needed.

The Weekly Work Schedule module provides employees with clear visibility into their weekly working plans, shift details, and assigned tasks. By offering a structured overview of work schedules, the application supports better planning and reduces uncertainty for both staff and management.

The Leave Management feature allows employees to submit leave requests digitally and track their current leave balances and request statuses. This module helps standardize approval workflows, ensures transparency, and improves the overall efficiency of leave administration processes.

All features are designed to support internal corporate operations and are accessible only to authorized company employees. The application has been developed in accordance with corporate security and data protection standards, ensuring that employee information is handled responsibly and securely.
