MacroDroid is the easiest way to automate tasks on your Android phone or tablet. Using a simple three-step flow (Trigger → Action → optional Constraint) you can build powerful macros in just a few taps. MacroDroid offers 80+ triggers (location, sensors, connectivity, app events), 100+ actions (connect to Bluetooth/Wi‑Fi, change volumes, speak text, run plugins) and 50+ constraint types so macros only run when you want them to. Templates and a guided Wizard make it approachable for beginners, while support for variables, scripts, IF/THEN/ELSE logic and Tasker/Locale plugins gives experienced users advanced control.

The free version is ad-supported and allows up to five macros; a small one‑time Pro upgrade removes ads and unlocks unlimited macros. MacroDroid also includes accessibility-based UI automation (opt‑in only) and a Wear OS companion app for quick interactions and complications. Recent reviews

Specifically purchased the app to automatically activate my speaker phone on outgoing calls on my s24 ultra. It then informs me that it doesn't work on anything running on android 10 (which was out in 2019-so 7 years ago!!!) and above. As of writing this we're on android version 16. Why hasn't this been sorted?

this app solves one simple gripes i have with android, deeming my home wifi as low quality and then switches to data when my data is on even when my wifi is working normally. With this app, I can set my data to off automatically when I'm connected to my home wifi, and data to on when I'm disconnected from my home wifi. The app however requires ADB permission because of how stupid android seems to think their users are.
