arl Fleet Manager

Fleet Manager Driver is the mobile app for drivers working in the arl Fleet Manager cloud system.

It helps drivers handle assigned jobs quickly, even with unstable internet. The app is built for real-world operations where connectivity can drop, then return later.

- View assigned jobs and workflow steps
- Report step completion with automatic timestamp and geotag
- Add optional notes
- Attach photos as proof (camera or gallery)
- Draw annotations on photos
- Capture and attach signatures
- Use OCR, QR, barcode, container, and VIN tools to speed up data entry
- Track sync status and retry failed items

Offline-first by design:

- Job and workflow data is available locally
- Step reports, photos, and other updates are queued offline
- Sync resumes automatically when the device is online
- Clear status indicators show queued, syncing, and failed states
- Manual sync and queue management are available in-app

Reliable location reporting:

- Periodic driver heartbeat updates share current location to cloud
- Supports active-job context for live operational visibility
