Sunshine Pilates

Strengthen your body, renew your mind, and draw closer to Jesus through uplifting, faith based Pilates workouts you can do anytime, anywhere.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by worldly fitness culture, struggled with consistency, or wished your workout could actually strengthen your faith, not distract from it, Sunshine Pilates was created for you.
Sunshine Pilates is a Christ-centered virtual Pilates studio where movement becomes worship, Scripture grounds your mind, and every workout brings you closer to Jesus while strengthening your body from the inside out.

After years of teaching and taking Pilates, Callie Gualy, founder of Sunshine Pilates, loved the workout but often felt something missing. The music, the atmosphere, the pressure to look a certain way…it felt off in her spirit.

Even after a great workout, she often left feeling drained spiritually, not energized.

While sitting with the Lord one quiet morning, she felt Him call her to incorporate faith in her workouts.
Soon after, she was invited to teach Pilates at a Christian retreat for nearly a hundred college-age women.

What happened that day became the foundation for Sunshine Pilates.

As she guided the class through movement, Scripture, and worship, the Holy Spirit filled the room. Hearts were touched. Jesus met people right on their mats.

Callie realized:
Fitness could be worship. Movement could be ministry.

From that moment, Pilates and Praise was born, our signature workout where we blend Christ-centered affirmations and scripture with thoughtfully programmed Pilates flows, all taught by certified instructors.

Real Results That Feel Healthy
At Sunshine, movement becomes an act of worship, not a way to “earn” a body or punish yourself into change.

You’re reminded that:
• your body is a temple,
• you are beautifully made,
• you are deeply loved by your Creator, and
• stewarding your body honors Him.

Women say Sunshine has healed their relationship with fitness, turning workouts from self focus into God focus.
Through biblical encouragement, worship music, and truth spoken during the workouts, women share that they:
• finally feel confident in their bodies
• stop obsessing over appearance
• overcome negative self-talk
• feel patient, gentle, and loving with themselves
• rediscover joy in movement
• see their strength as God-given

“I feel happier, stronger, and more like the woman God created me to be.”

Sunshine Pilates transforms your workout into a moment of worship, helping you care for your body while staying anchored in God’s presence. You will feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to Jesus in your movement and your everyday life.
