Heart Thread Collective is grounded in holistic, trauma-aware practices that honor the whole person. Our offerings are designed to support nervous system regulation, embodiment, creative expression, and energetic balance — always meeting you where you are. Classes and events may include slow flow and restorative yoga, meditation, Reiki and energy work, sound baths, astrology, and community-centered workshops.
