MAT
A 45-minute mat-based workout inspired by pilates, designed to challenge deep muscles with dynamic movements and bursts of cardio that leave you sweaty and energized.
SPIN
A rhythm-based cycling class driven by music and energy. No rankings, no metrics — just movement, resistance, speed, and the freedom to push yourself as hard as the music takes you.
MAT + SPIN
The best of both worlds. Strength training, free weights, and intervals combined to build endurance and total-body strength.
