Our Lagree classes focus on building long, lean muscle, improving posture and core strength, and increasing muscular endurance through slow, controlled movement on the Megaformer. Private Pilates sessions provide personalized support tailored to your goals, whether you’re improving mobility, building foundational strength, recovering from injury, or refining your practice.

Coming Fall 2026, FORM BY TWO will expand to include group Mat Pilates and Reformer/Tower Pilates classes, creating even more ways to move with intention and build strength through mindful movement.
