Who knew so much motivation can come from an app! As a first-time MoM & now " Super busy mama ," BFF felt like a lifeline. Loving all the self care monthly challenges! This app has been flawless. FLAWLESS. It's reliable and has had no glitches. Always able to access anything I need from this app be it workouts, live links to zoom workouts or meetings, PDFs from challenges- you name it. I love how easy it is to cast to my TV. The actual content is excellent and exacrly what I needed for post partum (and beyond) self-care and support. I've been incredibly grateful to be a part of the community and I've benefited greatly from access to these resources and tools.
