1.Technician Interface

For technicians officially employed by our organization, the app requires specific permissions to ensure service quality, transparency, and accountability.

Camera Access: To capture and upload required documentation photos

Photo Gallery Access: To select and upload images from device storage

Location Services: For precise location tracking and job verification

Purpose of Permissions:

Document arrival at the customer’s address with timestamped photos

Capture before-service photos to evaluate job scope

Capture after-service photos to demonstrate job completion and quality

Real-time GPS tracking to verify technician presence at the service location and ensure trust for the customer

Technician accounts are created only by the admin.

2. Customer Interface

Customers can request services and subscribe to maintenance plans through a simple and intuitive experience.

Enables accurate service delivery based on the customer’s exact location

GPS technicians reach the correct address even if the user doesn’t speak Arabic or know the local area

Location input is required when requesting a service, to ensure technicians can find and complete the job efficiently

Multi-language interface for easy access by local and international users

Technicians can easily navigate to customer locations using integrated maps and GPS
