It's always one problem or the other, delay in funding,delay in service delivery. A very nonsensical app, zero customer service, I made a purchase and was debited but the service wasn't delivered, I logged a complain and was ignored. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

2024-11-09	No*****	All I can say is this app is trash, I don't leave bad reviews for apps but this one is just major trash, bunch of scammers, customer service is trash, literally everything about this app is just trash, my money has been hanged in this app countless times, and am deleting this nonsense app now, don't even try downloading it, cause you'll just end up regretting it

2024-06-24	ki*****	If there is a rating lower than 1 star I will give that. Google playstore should remove this scammers from their platform. I bought 20gb worth of data, my account was debited and it stated successful but I didn't get the data and there was no refund. The customer care doesn't reply to messages and they delete messages in the WhatsApp group chat they created.

Recently,they are owing me a total of ₦1352 which amounts to 5Gb and thus was bought at interval. Imagine them owing a student who needs data and is stock this amount of Gb. 2024-06-11	Mu*****	Very useless app. I've patronized AriseData for a couple time now with multiple referrals but recently the developers have developed some sense of selfish interests. Transactions will appear successful but the data would not drop and when you lodge a complaint the admins and developers will see it and would not say anything. My experience with AriseData recently has been horrible. The app is a big scam don't trust it. Any app from AriseData developers should not be trusted.

2024-06-11	Ru*****	This app was doing well before but for now i dont understand what is going on with the app, and their agent are very poor in terms of attainning to costumer and knowing their chalenges,this month i funded #2000 to the wallet but only #300 airtime i receive the rest are nowhere to to be found the money has been removed from my wallet,it's very sad and discouraging.

Their customer agent are very poor they never value anyone, you'll keep on texting them they won't give you a respond anytime you have issues with their app, don't try to do subscription on this app most especially in the evening, no matter the amount you transfer to their app once you try to do a data plan by 6 0r 7pm, just have it in my mind, you've waste your money🤨💔

I purchased data of 5gb on two occasions but the data was not credited to my MTN line and I have contacted the customer service and also called them but without response, presently I have submitted a petition to the consumer protection office via CBN. Please shun away from this fraudulent app there are other app in the market that are reliable.
