Create calendars for these rooms with opening and closing times, as well as the minimum and maximum times for their use.

The administrator will also be able to create different types of events in the calendar, such as important dates, birthdays of the company's collaborators, trainings, audits, and many more events that he can name.

Likewise, create the company users and grant them different roles, for the use of the rooms. Non-administrator users will be able to download the mobile APP, to receive meeting notifications, create new events in the rooms already created in the organization, create reminders and special dates, create meetings.

The application guarantees attendance at meetings, with the generation of the QR code to check in and check out the meetings, as well as the provision of a Minutes format that can be completed during the meeting and then sent to the attendees .
