ArenaContact is a gym management application developed for martial arts gyms. It is suitable for all disciplines such as MMA, BJJ, Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Kickboxing, Karate, and Aikido. Whether you have a single discipline or multiple disciplines in the same gym, you can manage your gym from a single application.

GYM ANALYTICS
You will see the status of your gym under three separate headings: financial status, membership activity, and class attendance. You will see this month's collections, outstanding debts, new and departing members, and the number of members attending classes with real data. You will make decisions based on numbers, not guesswork.

DUES AND REVENUE MANAGEMENT
You will gather all dues tracking in a single panel. You will see which member paid, who was late, and who made incomplete payments on a single screen. Members notify you of their payments through the application, and you approve them. This eliminates the burden of tracking dues individually and allows you to easily manage them all from one place.

MEMBER MANAGEMENT
You keep all your members, their branches, and their statuses in a single list. You add notes to each member's details. You see members whose memberships have expired in a separate list and send them reminders at regular intervals to encourage them to return to the studio.

CLASS SCHEDULE AND RESERVATIONS
You create a weekly class schedule. Members reserve places in classes with limited capacity, and when the capacity is full, they move to a waiting list. You take attendance of those attending classes.

MEMBERSHIP PLANS
You define your studio's membership plans and class packages and manage member registrations with a single click.

INSTRUCTOR AND MEMBER SCREENS
You authorize your instructors; they take attendance and approve payments. Members see their own payments, reservations, and class attendance on their own screens. This takes the daily work of the studio off your shoulders.

ANNOUNCEMENTS AND NOTIFICATIONS
You can post announcements to your gym, and add documents or images if you wish. Membership fee reminders and class announcements are automatically sent to members.

You can customize the application to match your gym's identity with martial arts-specific motifs and themes. The same look is provided on the member screen.
