Moodeka

Moodeka is a Moodle LMS client that adds quizzes and offline mode.

Moodbile is another client sharing the same Moodock persistence framework.

Moodeka quizzes is working offline on this version and it is based on Topeka.

But there is a Moodle plugin that offers this feature to Moodle clients.

And this integrating is being updated and will be offered to users on next versions.

So users can answer quizzes on different topics and these quizzes can be retrieved from Moodle LMS Server with Moodeka and Moodbile plugins at Moodock.org sites.
