Take command of an arctic expedition and navigate the frozen wilderness. Polar Expedition Fleet is a strategy exploration game where you chart new routes through ice fields, uncover hidden supply caches, survive blizzards, and catch rare northern marine species.

The core gameplay revolves around a grid-based expedition map. Each tile you reveal can hold safe ice, dangerous thin ice, valuable supply caches, fishing spots, or route markers that guide you toward your destination. Manage your expedition health and supplies carefully — one wrong step on thin ice or an unexpected blizzard can end your journey.

When you discover a fishing spot, the game transitions into a dedicated ice fishing mini-game. Wait for a bite, react at the right moment, then reel in your catch by keeping the fish within the moving catch zone. Four distinct species await — from the common Arctic Char to the legendary Narwhal — each with unique catch difficulty and point value.

Five expedition routes of increasing difficulty provide a structured progression. Complete the Northern Passage to unlock Glacier Bay, then push through Polar Depths and Aurora Ridge, all the way to the ultimate challenge: Ice Crown. Every completed route, every fish caught, and every score earned is saved to your expedition log.

The Arctic Encyclopedia offers real information about polar wildlife, natural phenomena like the Aurora Borealis and Midnight Sun, and survival techniques used in actual arctic expeditions.
