MOBILEkat is an application for inspection of the cadastral map, the fiducial points and leveling benchmarks with their descriptions, coordinates, photographs and sketches directly on your Smartphone via internet.
As for the cadastral card, information about the fiducial points and leveling benchmarks are available offline if the data packet has been successfully downloaded (not available offline photos, sketches and some backgrounds).
