The Archwall Systems

The Archwall is a project management companion app designed exclusively for clients of The Archwall Systems LLP. It keeps you updated on every phase of your project — from the initial quotation to the final installation — with real-time alerts, document approvals, and complete project records.

With The Archwall, managing your residential or commercial glazing project becomes easier and more transparent. You get full visibility and control over progress, documents, finances, and communication with just a few taps.

Stay notified the moment your project is created or when new files and quotations are shared by the admin. Instantly approve or decline any shared quotations and documents directly within the app, helping move your project forward faster.

In the Files section, you can view all active projects and explore the shared documents and quotations for each one. Every file comes with a complete approval history so you can track all actions easily.

The Project screen gives you a snapshot of each project, showing the name, budget, and due date. Tapping into any project opens detailed information such as the full description, assigned team members, and all related quotations and files.

You can also track real-time progress across six key stages: Payment, Planning, Production, Dispatch, Installation, and Complete. Each stage is visually highlighted so you always know exactly where your project stands.

The Accounts tab provides a summary of your financials. Easily check your total project budget, paid amount, remaining balance, and payment history, all in one convenient view.

In the Feedback section, you can quickly submit your experience and suggestions to help improve service quality. The Profile screen allows you to manage your account, view or update your profile, contact support, access the privacy policy, or securely log out or delete your account.
