App was great at the beginning, and I gave a 5 star rating, but this entire bank has declined both on the app and customer service. It never works for me it is always down, and speaking to customer service is almost impossible. Of you call their banks on location no one ever picks up. If you try to leave messaged, no one returns them, may it be phone or email. I am sure they will leave some quirky little bot message telling me to contact them, but I done tried that, don't answer 2 Stars

Still love the deposit feature since I don't live close enough to Panama City to use anything . Love love the mobile deposits auto capture feature. It makes it easier to get a good picture of the check for those of us who don't have a steady hand. Wish this had the ability to see estimated future balance like we had under older program that used "finance works?" The extra security is sometimes annoying but at the same time it's good to know they keep our information safe.
