Through our app you will be able to access eating plans designed by our graduates and masters in nutrition, you will also get access to exchanges, healthy recipes and nutritional advice, personalized and according to your goal.

Training plans: You will be able to access your plan designed by our physical education teachers, instructors and Physical Trainer. You can also register your series, repetitions and loads. And have access to videos to learn how to perform the exercises correctly.
