The customer service hasn't been a good experience. It says 3 ways to contact them but does not give how. (no phone number) No response to two emails other than will get back to you in 48 hours. still nothing.

Information clears before I've checked it! I've placed an order for 2 items but can't find any record of it, so no way of knowing if its been accepted or not?

Unable to log in, was sent a password reset but the app just keeps blinking at me. I can log in on the PC but not through the app.

I have now tried 15 times to do a return using this app. U just go round in circles . For a company this size it is shocking that they have an app of such poor quality. It works perfectly well if making an order. 🤔

Terrible. Returned an item and have been given another gift card but, when I try and use it at checkout it will not accept, very frustrating and time wasting.

Easy on-line ordering and for just £9.99 per year next day delivery if you need an outfit in a hurry.

Very poor. Got sent item I never ordered. Missing an item and only way to sort this out is through twitter or facebook to which I have neither and don't want. I mean really??? Not everyone uses or wants social media. What's wrong with what's app or good old fashioned e mails. Discrimination!!!!!
