Won't let me log in, page not found to change password, can't put items in basket without logging in just a vicious circle, & no where to contact anyone for support just feedback on this app, waste of time & effort. Can't even give 0 stars has to be at least 1 star, but its not worth 1.

2022-09-10	Ru*****	Since the update of 06.09.22 I can no longer view items from my wish list - why remove that function?? I'm not going to go and search for the items again just to view it! It makes the point of a wish list completely useless. The search functionality is also useless now. E.g searching for "long sleeve dress" now brings up any and every type of item, not just dresses! There was nothing wrong with the previous version of the app, it worked brilliantly - I won't be purchasing anything till fixed.

2022-09-06	Da*****	Could only pay with PayPal...always reporting a problem with payment when trying to pay by card. Also, chose next day on order but it was changed to standard delivery after paying! First time using, not great ... will give it one more go and if same issue then I will move on.

2022-06-06	De*****	I have ordered before and have tried to place another order but need a new password, everytime I try to reset my password through the email they send me it just takes me back to the same login page and asks me to do it again no other way of getting in touch extremely frustrating after trying numerous times never had these problems before

2022-05-08	Ha*****	The app is easy to use and find your way around but once something is in my basket, I can't remove it! The delete function isn't working! I then decided I'd have to just buy the unwanted items and return them but something else from my basket quickly went out of stock in that time so the payment won't go through and I can't even remove the item that's now out of stock! I'm now going to have to go online and add everything to my basket and pay the higher price. This was a total waste of my time

2022-02-26	Ro*****	It's great to be able to build a wish list but the description of the items is very poor to the point of uselessness. No explanation as to the type of cut, length, etc. which is a real shame now that the stores have closed. It would be useful to see other customers reviews (whether true to size, or size up/down, etc.).

2022-01-18	Tr*****	(0 rating) although you can't leave 0 as it won't send, so had to put 1! Frustrating! Forgot my password! Get email to reset, followed the link and it just takes me back to the home page where you can log in (but you can't because you can't put a new password in!)

2022-01-08	ka*****	I am permanently locked out of my account. I have followed the steps shown to reset my password. I get sent an email which then just sends me back to the app home page. Extremely frustrating! Also I can not find any link to start a live chat or contact the after sales team as I'm having an issue with my refund.
