I have a lot of issues when trying to use the app. I can't find my membership card, can't view the newsletter, gave to open app 2x to look for shows.

The app really needs a forgot user name link. My sister has reset her password but still can not log in. She tried to open a ticket, but can not do that without her member number which she can not get without logging into the app. She can log in to the web site, but the member number is not available anywhere on there.
