Bacto Doser

The Bacto Doser app is designed to control and configure Aqua-Trend peristaltic dosing pumps. The app works with the single-channel Bacto Doser device.

The Bacto Doser is a device designed to dispense chemical and biological agents intended for the neutralization and decomposition of liquid domestic or industrial wastewater.

This app will allow you to utilize all the features offered by the Bacto Doser and will also enable you to store data on the doses of preparations dispensed into tanks or wastewater streams.
Below you will find a description of some of the features offered by the Bacto Doser

- Control of a precision peristaltic pump: Schedule-based operation, manual pump activation, rapid release of programmed doses, release of test doses.

- Schedule: A comprehensive diagram that allows you to easily program dose releases. Thoughtful options for copying and transferring settings mean that programming the pump takes just a few minutes.

- Calibration: Thanks to the peristaltic pump calibration function, you can be sure that every dispensed dose will contain the exact volume of fluid you programmed.
- Calculation of delivery tube and peristaltic head wear.

- Fluid consumption monitoring: A feature that ensures you always know when to refill the dosing fluid tank.

- Tank maintenance log: With the comprehensive log, you can easily archive all activities, measurements, and events in your waste tank. All entered data is presented in a clear graph showing how your tank has changed over time.
The app uses the BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) communication standard.
