User Reviews

Users appreciate the Aqua-Tots app for managing children's swim lesson schedules, making up classes, and easy check-ins. However, many report significant issues including app freezing, unresponsive buttons, and persistent intrusive requests for always-on location access. Problems with location detection hamper finding schools, and authentication issues cause login problems. The app also lacks certain features available on the website, such as full progress tracking and multiple parent accounts. Despite these drawbacks, some users find it convenient and praise its simplicity and customer support.

Pros

Allows viewing child's schedule and managing make-up classes conveniently.
Easy to use for check-in and rescheduling classes.
Enables updating account information and payment methods.
Customer service provides assistance for connecting to the correct facility.
Supports biometric sign-in.

Cons

App frequently freezes or becomes unresponsive, especially on scheduling make-up classes.
Persistent and intrusive requests for 24/7 location access are unwelcomed.
Limited location detection causes difficulty finding certain schools or branches.
Authentication issues leading to constant logging off or inability to login.
App lacks features present on the website or desktop version, such as full student progress tracking and multiple parent/guardian access.

Recent reviews

The app will not stay logged in, of all apps on my phone this is the only one that does not stay logged. I have tried clearing cache and app data and trying again, but it didn't work. then deleting and clearing all app remnants and reinstalling and that did not work. So for sure it's the app.

Frustrating. Student progress is not updated on the app, which won't allow you to schedule make up lessons for the right level. Some cancelled classes are marked cancelled, but some are marked absent. The app is not user friendly and needs a lot of improvement.
