2024-11-21	PA*****	My suggestion to the app is pls provide sizes in arowana fish like 10 to 12 inches in every type it will be very convenient. Also provide breeding pairs . like male and female

2024-10-18	Fa*****	Poor customer support after sales. No response irrespective of handful of emails. Avoid buying exotic fishes especially Discus. Ordered assorted Discus but recieved five fishes of same pattern and color. Since unable to reach out to human it's very difficult to remove the issue and concerns.

2024-03-15	Sh*****	Experienced glitch while processing order, however payment got processed. Requested for cancellation which was done proactively without informing that they will do less refund. Got 80rs less for 3k order. I am sceptical now should I process new order.. reviews are very alarming.. and personally experienced very bad response from management.

All of it could've been much better if the order status was updated in a timely manner. But nonetheless, I appreciate the timely response and as the store says, had my order of 2 beautiful violet Moscow guppies 💜 delivered today. Thanks Aquastore, also please tune up your website and emailing service 😅🙏

It has happened that some times the plants were not as per my desired quality, but the company took my feedback sent better one's without any extra charge in next order. I really like customer support they have provided me.

I placed my order via their website and only received a small part of my order and that too some of the Shrimps were dead and some consumed.. contacted them via email and they said the rest of my order will come separately.. nothing yet and no updates either.. their whatsapp no also does not work.. Don't trust them unless you dealing in person.
