AquaMaintain Hub

AquaMaintain Hub app is a workspace for pool service routes. It does not use an online account. Your customers, pools, schedules, readings, inventory, and service history are stored in a local database on this device.

Home AquaMaintain Hub app shows today’s scheduled jobs, how many pools are marked active, items that need attention, and the next visit on your list. Quick actions let you add a customer, add a pool, schedule a visit, or open the water reading form.

AquaMaintain Hub app support Schedule lists visits in day, week, or month views. Tap a job to run the service workflow: pool overview, checklist items, water test values, optional dosing estimates based on pool volume, then review and save a completed service record.

Pools lists each site with customer details. Pool details include overview information, equipment records, chemistry history, and past services. When adding or editing a pool, a volume calculator can estimate gallons from dimensions.

Chemistry shows gauges and trend charts for the pool you select. You can record new readings and open a dosing calculator that estimates chemical amounts from current and target levels.

More opens customer directory, equipment registry, chemical inventory with stock adjustments, service history, checklist templates you can edit, settings, privacy information, and about.

On first install the AquaMaintain Hub app includes sample customers, pools, schedules, and history so you can try the screens. Replace or edit these entries with your own work data. Dosing and volume results are planning estimates; use your field test kit and product labels for actual treatment.
