Many users praise the app for allowing them to view their data and balance and appreciate its role in Antigua & Barbuda's network. However, after updates and phone changes, the app frequently fails to load, and login issues are widespread. Top-up/payment processes are slow and frustrating. A recurring problem is that users' phone numbers are reported as already registered, locking them out. Overall, users desire a rollback to the older, more reliable version, as recent updates have reduced usability and caused frustration.
