Horrible! This App constantly disconnects from the thermostats and the service remains down for days. Tech support will always tell you that they are working on the outage. They claim that the app should work Android devices but the back button doesn't work because they app acts like it was an iPhone. Then, every time the app receives update, I have to login again 🤦‍♂️

Still happy a year later! I did the installation of the 8920W thermostat myself, and the app connected easily (there were some network security issues getting the t Stat connected to the host, but that was my firewall rules). Every so often I test the temperature alert feature. The only time I have had issues connecting was after power outages and the Starlink power cycled. Fixed that with a UPS in it.
