Its such a Great app, until the app caused my Google Play Store to not be detected by other apps

Overall, this is a useful video zoomer application I could use. It was a great app: multifunctional, easy to use, and also has many features. But, whenever you exit the app and you came back again it always say "An error occured", because of that I have to exit the app. I don't know about the issue, but could it be fixed?
