I keep coming back to this game. Puzzles are challenging enough to be fun, but not overly difficult. Nice wide variety of different puzzles.

Cloud save is a disaster, over 7000 coins just gone, 3 saved reward cards gone. edit: cloud save continues to be a disaster a year later and im only playing on ONE device now as I learned my lesson a year ago. This time I lost 500,000 coin 4 reward cards and 5000 tokens. Yes, you read that right. Support has not been helpful so far and actually made things worse. The outcome of this determines if I keep paying for a subscription and keep the game at all.

I like many of the puzzles, not all. During events they try to cram the puzzles you do not like down your throat avoiding most of the puzzles you favor (no customization for favorites). In general, they handle ads better than most. Their tokens and how you get them is not great, if you miss a single day you get punished for a week. You can earn prizes, but you do not always get credit for your puzzles in the rewards area I had one specific puzzle left, I had to do 8 puzzles to get credit for 1.
