2. Create an event in just a few clicks: provide a text description, invite participants, propose a time, date and location, and let people vote.


3. Facilitate communication and increase participation: stop going back and forth between all the participants on different discussion channels. Use the app's voting system to let participants choose their preferences. If they are authorized to do so, they can also add their preferences to the voting system. If voting isn't enough to reach a common agreement, use the discussion thread dedicated to the event.
