Surely they can do better than this. So many problems. Biggest is it very often fails to load a page. Accessing the paper via a browser works without load problems. The app shows the evening paper but never once will it load. Downloading has never worked. But then you cannot even delete the failed download. When they have an update, they actually force you to update the app in order to use it. None of the updates have fixed any of these very serious problems.
