Cannot get on the "ROOMS" Cannot contact teachers Cannot Pay for field trips all of the in the "online pay" portion. And they were supposed to send a code to complete sign up of rooms. Been waiting a week for that. Someone needs to fix this. This is beyond frustrating. I need to communicate with my child's school and they are making it extremely difficult! I would put zero stars if I could.

So the family portal is not direct to focus, but is a url that isn't linked so still have to go the web browser to access one view and then go to focus. It's not a streamlined app. What is the point of rooms. No teacher had posted or given any indication that they plan to post there. I prefer the old app, it took me to focus to see the grades. Shortcut to the website is better than this.

2024-09-08	sh*****	In the Calendar section, there are dots when an event happens. In case of holidays like the winter break, only the first day has dot and not the rest. If I select any day in the holiday period, the event Description appears but no dot.
