Features & Capabilities

Jaataka for Astrology is a powerful Chrome extension tailored for enthusiasts of Vedic jyotish (Vedic astrology). It enables users to cast precise horoscopes and Prashna charts with support for both South and North Indian chart styles. The tool provides advanced features including Astakavarga, Divisional charts, the Placidus system, and Vimshottari dasa calculations down to antar-antar-antar phases. Additionally, it identifies ruling planets and significators based on the Krishnamoorty paddati method. Users can conveniently save and load charts or cast current charts with a simple 'Now' option.

Designed with a focus on accurate calculations rather than predictions, Jaataka offers an authentic Vedic astrology experience. Community support is available via Google Groups and Discord channels, while users can report issues directly for prompt assistance. This extension is ideal for Vedic astrology fans seeking detailed and reliable jyotish tools.
