2026-08-19	an*****	absolutely appalling cancelled my booking then offered alternative which the same. can't find out if I have got a valid booking.Ai only impossible to talk to a humam. Got flights booked to and from Luton Airport. Impossible to use app to solve any problems. Trip booked since may and due to leave on 31 of August, non existent customer service now left in limbo 1 star only because I have to give a star.
