2024-02-10	Gu*****	Overall app is not that bad, i like there are advertisements banners above which doesn't spoil experience. Rent reminder tab could have been better. You have to go inside alerts and then click late tenants and then on tenant name. You could add Rent dues on homescreen tab itself.

2022-11-29	Ri*****	They will put a lot of work into it to make it simple and easy but they have no spreadsheets to compare the expenses versus the income. Which makes this useless. I love the fact that you can put weekly and monthly and daily rentals in there cuz a lot of in order to do that today. If I had a better spreadsheet it'd be worth buying.

2022-04-08	Ph*****	After downloading the app while just trying to figure it out, it taken more than 5 minutes to open and I got more than 5 full screen ads popped up. Annoying. And therefore I've uninstalled the app. I really don't care how good or bad it is, with all of these annoying ads!

2021-02-12	Ru*****	i made an annual purchase and when i tried the app, it did not work as described. when i contacted the developer, he concluded he did not try the app on the version of android i had, but strangely he mad it to be downloaded on all versions with no restriction at all! i emailed him twice for a fix or a refund since almost 7 days back but he never replied back. i believe professional developers should stand behind their apps and having all means of quality assurance and trouble shooting skills to support the clients. I demand a refund!

Seeing the reports provides overall picture of rental properties including expenses, etc. It also provides weekly payment type along with monthly. App also has simple UI. Prompt developer support is another thing I like. Definitely a 5 star

I HAVE INPUTTED all my payments, taken photos using the app. The problem is that I cannot view them again afterward, except for the tiny thumbnail of photo. There is no way to enlarge it, or pull it up with other reports. Useless as is. Please allow clicking to enlarge the photo of payments logged. UPDATE: August 2020 I am still using it and I did notice that you added the feature I requested ( or rather complained about.) Thank YOU so much!!!

2020-06-11	Po*****	A very simple app with a simple UI. Though its not attractive, I liked it for the amount of option it gives.. I am not sure if we can send an email or SMS to the tenant using this app. If yes, Please do advice. One little thing that annoys are advertisements. Every single save or toggle lands you in an advertisement. Decent app to use.

Upon generating the report, it is automatically saving the pdf report in phone memory. Automatic saving should not be allowed. 3. The alerts section must highlight the specific segment of alert with number. 4. Lastly, there should be an option for annual increment of Rent.

Weekly rental support along with monthly makes it easier to manage different properties. Option to use free version along with paid option allows for flexibility to get rid of ads.
