Recurrent reports describe endless loading spinners, failure to load counties or search data, and inability to view inmate/arrest information. The problem is Android-specific and contrasts with lingering reports of a working iOS version. Users note little to no response from developers despite lengthy outages. While the app was previously valued for accessing public safety information and used by longtime users, ongoing Android outages have significantly reduced its usability and trust.

Recent reviews

if you are using this app and your battery dies, the app will not work again. clearing cache, uninstall and reinstall doesn't work. Happened on twi different phones. Googled for solutions and none worked. When it works it's good, when it fails, it's toast.

It wasn't working & hasn't for some time. I uninstalled the app & re-installed it & it says connection error. Not sure what's going on with this app but it's not working.
