User Reviews
Pros
- Very effective for ear training and developing pitch recognition, especially with just intonation.
- Good range of levels and exercises that help improve interval recognition and tuning skills.
- Simple and straightforward user interface, making it accessible to a wide range of users and musicians.
- Helpful for musicians of various backgrounds, including string players and vocalists, to fine-tune their ears.
- App provides a unique and challenging way to practice pitch and harmonic intervals, promoting confident listening skills.
Cons
- Presence of frequent and intrusive ads after each short game, disrupting the learning experience and making it difficult to review results.
- Lack of settings and customization options, such as the ability to adjust intervals, change default sounds, or toggle sound effects like applause and trombone noises.
- Some confusion due to poor or incomplete instructions and occasional translation issues.
- Missing features compared to the iOS version, including playing notes separately and options for temperament tuning such as equal temperament.
- Difficulty distinguishing notes because overtones can be louder than fundamentals, which can hinder tuning accuracy.

This app is helpful and straightforward. It's helped me learn and gain confidence in intervals by ear.

This app is great, it's really helpful to train the ear, and I'm learning to listen to beating harmonics with it (to nullify them). What would be great would be more intervals : 9/8, 10/9, 16/15, 7/4, 7/6, 8/7, 9/7, 9/5, 15/8, 16/9, etc. or the ability to add personalized intervals, starting from randomized notes, or the same game with three voices or more would be great, to reproduce chords. 5/5
