Lung Logger is a free lung health tracking app built by a double lung transplant patient for people who monitor their breathing, recovery, and daily health at home.

Use Lung Logger to record and review important recovery numbers over time, including FEV1, peak expiratory flow (PEF), blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature, exercise, activities, and health events.

Track home spirometry readings

Lung Logger can help you track FEV1 and PEF trends from your own home spirometry or peak flow device. The app does not measure lung function by itself. You enter readings from your own device, then Lung Logger helps organize those numbers into clear charts and reports.

Log daily vitals and recovery activity

You can also use Lung Logger without a spirometry device to track daily vitals, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, exercise, breathing exercises, stretching, light activity, and recovery notes.

Watch trends over time

Charts make it easier to see changes in your lung function, vitals, and recovery patterns. This can help you notice when numbers are improving, staying steady, or changing in a way you may want to discuss with your doctor.
