This application has been created in order to monitor your illness in digital environment with your consent and input data throughout the day and to show your doctor the status of your illness in your real life. The aim is to help you organize your treatment.

Without your consent, none of your information is shared with other people, and your data, including your doctor, cannot be seen. When the application is turned on, a message will be sent to your mobile phone at the time intervals determined by you or your doctor in advance (between 15 minutes and 1 hour) until you turn it off all day long, and you will be asked to report your complaints about your current actions.

If you enter an environment where you cannot sleep or use the application, you can close the application voluntarily. Changes in your movements during the day will be made into a table at the end of the day and will be forwarded to your doctor if you approve. These data will help your doctor in organizing your treatment (drug doses, times, side effects, etc.).
