How AppLock Works:
Open the app and create your master PIN or Pattern.
Set up a security recovery question.
Grant the required permissions (Usage Access and Overlay) so the app can detect and protect the apps you choose.
Toggle the lock switch next to any app you want to secure.
Permission Usage:
• Package Usage Stats: Required to detect when a locked application is launched so the lock screen can be displayed.
• System Alert Window (Overlay): Required to display the PIN/Pattern lock screen over the protected apps.
• Foreground Service: Ensures the locking mechanism runs reliably in the background without being killed by the system.
