Rude very rude unprofessional, the lady that answers the phone is not helpfull she is lazy doesn't want to help or do anything.they will be nice at 1st take your money gladly, then after is a nightmare, they don't care if you miss court they.they will not send paperwork to court or anything. Don't get your license suspended. This place is not worth it

They actually do nothing. It is a total waste of money and time. I paid them $100 and later I paid $285 at the court for the bail. So, Please go online check your case status and pay the fine as well as traffic school. That's it. Drive safe.
