2025-01-17	Ah*****	Tried at KLIA 2. Very fast. Less than 10 sec you already pass the autogate. Even faster than scan your passport at the traditional autogate.

2025-01-16	li*****	Super horrible app, sometimes cannot even open, after keying the pinpass. UI/UX all failed. Backed is failing too. Probably should just fire the whole development team.

2025-01-12	Bo*****	This is very poor developed app. Just about to the scan the passport but after trying for 5 mins , it was not able to detect at all. I really doubt how this apps passed the UAT.

2025-01-12	Yf*****	This is a terrible app...better ensure app is 100% complete before launching... 1. not able to download app 2 if able to download after many trials..it cannot scan...and there's no scanning indication whether it's scanning or not...we just wait and wait and adjust phone camera in and out etc...and finally it went thru' after many many many trials and after that on the uploading part...there's no indication of any sign of whether it's downloading or not...just wait and wait....

So does not tell what format it wants the number in, and after it finally accepts as 01xxxxxxxx, i get the message "Unsuccessful" which isn't terribly helpful. 🙄 Update: Had to use mobile data, and disable ad blocker to successfully register after which it just worked as expected with wifi and ad blocker switched on. All is good but didn't enjoy the registration process. 🤦🏻

2025-01-10	kH*****	Failed to use when needed(peak time)..didnt know why they always kept changing the apps..myrentas myborders...never seem to be any upgrade..difficult to understand why u failed to login..this is not the first time i failed to login...why bother to write review..maybe they will change the apps for third time

2025-01-10	na*****	I've been trying to register for the past couple of days and same pop-ups appear; error, proceed to manual verification, etc. If you can't even make the app registering process seamless for everyone, do you expect the verification process at the gate will be as smooth as you claimed it would be? Kudos on implementing yet another 'convenient' system for the rakyat.
