Appknot Trace

Appknot Trace is an in-house meeting recording system for Appknot members.

Simply record and upload your meeting, and transcription and summarization are processed automatically, allowing you to record and track meeting content that is easily scattered without missing anything.

■ Key Features

· One-Tap Recording — Simply select the meeting type and notes to start recording immediately. It continues safely in the background even when the screen is off.

· Automatic Upload — As soon as the recording is finished, it uploads immediately, and transcription and summarization begin.

· View Meeting Minutes — Check transcripts by speaker, summaries by type, keywords, and attendees all in one place, and listen to the audio again.

· Organize by Project — Group meetings by project to share with team members or save them as your own private recordings.

· Sharing and Commenting — Share meeting minutes via internal or external links, and leave comments along with timestamps.

■ How to Use

1. Select the meeting type and start recording.

2. Once the recording is finished, it uploads automatically, and the meeting minutes are completed shortly. 3. Check the transcript and summary in the meeting list and share them with those who need them.

· This app is for AppNote members only and requires you to log in with your AppNote portal account to use it.

· The app provides recording and uploading features, as well as viewing, sharing, and commenting on meeting minutes. Transcript editing and speaker name mapping are performed on the web.
