support is unresponsive. I've tried finding someone who is with their support by other means, can't seem to get ahold of anyone. The reason provided for the ban was the alleged use of a VPN; however, I would like to state clearly that this is not true. I have already reached out to the support email address I was previously provided, but I have yet to receive a response. I have put significant time and effort into this platform, including spending my own money on some of the games I played.
