The service itself is very convenient and I love using it at work. However, there is a disconnect between your account on the app and your account on the website. According to the app, my account doesn't exist, even though I have a login and have been ordering with it for months (including today). There doesn't seem to be a way to edit your account information in the app itself, so I hope you don't need to change your location ever. This is mildly annoying for me as my office has two locations with NexDine and it is common to switch between them depending on where I am. Also, there is no way to see your points on the website itself (maybe I have to go to Toast? not sure). My email receipts tell me I have points, but because of the disconnect with the app, I have zero rewards. I'm honestly not sure if the issue is with the app/website or if I'm doing something wrong. I don't see why I would need to create two identical logins for the app versus the website. Overall a very convenient tool, but it has some issues that reduce the usefulness of the product.
